2012 Exhibitor Rates:

Exhibitors may demonstrate, sample, and/or sell.

10' x 10' outdoor exhibit space = $300 (save $50 if registered by April 30th)

10' x 20' outdoor exhibit space = $600 (save $50 if registered by April 30th)

10' x 30' outdoor exhibit space = $900

10' x 40' outdoor exhibit space = $1200

Indoor space is not currently available.  If only indoor space is desired, you may email with INDOOR in the subject line to be added to the waiting list.  We will notify you with an invitation to exhibit should indoor space become available.  No single day spaces are available.  Businesses wishing to exhibit for only part of the time, may do so by sharing time with other business(s).  One business must take the lead and register and make payment on behalf of all, and all arrangements must be handled privately among the businesses involved. 

All rates and space are subject to availability. Outdoor exhibitors are responsible for providing their own tent and complying with all other rules and regulations.
